I had request item 2-3 times( example toilet paper, towels, shampoo)īarefoot Billy’s dolphin and snorkeling tour was a waste of money, I saw more sea life at the pier than in the tour ( they offer the service at the Marriott) Our doors knobs were broken, again no resolution. Outside of our room it was a constant puddle of water, I let housekeeping and the font know and never was fixed. No actually beach, but at least you can see the ocean. This property is over price for the amount of money we pay I expected more amenities, more customer service The pier is Excellent for seeing mantees and other sea creatures at night.
